The integration of body, breath and universal vibrations through asanas (body postures), pranayama (essential breathing practices) and Swara (sounding) generates the momentum for a deeper connection within and outside ourselves.

The style practiced here, uses the forces of nature such as gravity, intention and anatomical structure, to create and dissipate tension, gently yet powerfully, aligning and strengthening the connection and creation within us.

The integrative, AYOGA practice helps us connect all the loose ends and revitalises our being to its fullest capacity.

The exploration within (at some point) is not enough to connect with all aspects of being, so we (can and do) integrate our sessions with close to nature experiences, in the form of a residential program, for those, who wish to connect the outside with the inside.
